I’ve already purchased tickets to see:

 

Sara Pascoe – I loved her books and can’t wait to see her live.

and

Endometriosis The Musical – this has been hailed as the new SIX

It is bold, funny and cathartic.

Our daughter has endometriosis and we pay close attention to the subject.

One in seven woman worldwide have endometriosis (previously thought to be one in ten)

And it takes an average of ten years to receive a diagnosis (previously thought to be seven years)

While we’re there we’ll have a wander around all the street acts, have drink, have some food:

We’ll also enjoy the usual sights and sounds of Edinburgh:

We’ll be getting the Ember bus from our village in Bridge of Earn near Perth, right into Edinburgh City Centre.

It’s electric, bookable, trackable, amendable, cancellable, comfortable and the drivers are so lovely.

Why would you pay for expensive accommodation in Edinburgh when you can hop on a bus from here to experience it.

 

Also, it’s nice to have a wee glass of liquid refreshment without the car.

 

Go on! You know you want to.

 

It’s not just the Fringe though. During August the whole of Edinburgh City becomes a stage.
